There are plenty of ways to work overseas, even if you’re Americans with liberal arts degrees like Amy and Lynn! We’ve all met that lucky soul who has a French mother, a high-powered job at a multinational, and more language skills than you can shake a stick at. Not that there’s anything wrong with that (pass the croque madame, s’il vous plaît). But for the rest of us, many countries offer working holiday visas. Typically restricted to people aged 18-30 or 35, these visas do not require employer sponsorship and can last anywhere from 4 months to 2 years.
